Shot from friends roof. 100mm focal length.

Convert from RAW in Bibble with defaults except for 5 amount and smoothness on noise ninja. Tiff into Photoshop, resize, USM, save for web.

this was not easy to capture, briefly tried myself but no good. You have done very well.
(although you must have nearly cried when you saw Joh's image)

Nice shot and good capture. I understand the "exit" part of it, thanks to your title, otherwise, it seems more of an "entry" to me (though I know the comet didn't actually "enter") because of the way it is framed.

Saw the same picture already with better composition. Good idea. Depth of field is too shallow for my taste. Whatever that horizontal line is below the comet is very distracting. Nice though.
