 I remember as a young photographer purchasing lots of high contrast film and having such fun with it. I wanted to capture that same feeling in digital. This is from a wedding I shot.

I liked how their faces became one, though that may be too subtle. Too bad I couldn't clone out the small, dark aberrations by her nose.

PS: Used the channel mixer to get the high contrast look. Then I cropped tightly and resized to DPC size. I applied NeatImage twice at high power, then used Unsharp Mask at high pixel radius and low percentage to bring out the contrasts more. I think I used the Brightness/Contrast tool, too. I then added a gaussian blur and faded it to about 25%. Saved for web.

I have heard the high key photos don't really do well but whatever. I REALLY like this alot. You can see just enough features to really grasp the connection between the two. Howeverm I don't think this needed so much processing and smoothing. You could have let it stay a bit more natural.
