Much as I hate Daylight Savings Time as a rule (and even more now that it is earlier and longer this year), I would not have been able to get this picture without it. We had a concert today (and the director and most of the choir have agreed never to do another concert on the day the clocks change....like singing on jet lag)and we left at 11:00AM for a 01:00PM call time. The concert had been moved up an hour and combined with the increase sun light in the late afternoon today, we got back in plenty of time for me to stand there in my tuxedo shooting the refractions of one of the clock faces of city hall in the windows of the PNC Building. Well....you do what you gotta do. Paparazzi shouts from passing cars were really not necessary. (and....I was so tired I forget to change the ISO from 500 from shooting earlier indoors....oy!)

Post: Convert from raw in PSElements 3.0 with a +0.33 exposure compensation. Distortion correction of the long sides. Save and re-open in PSP9 and corrected for pincushion distortion. Save and re-open in PSElements 3.0. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Sharpen. Crop. Resize. Sharpen. Oh...I don't do borders....the black sides on this are parts of the building.

This really captures how I feel about the early arrival of DST! I'm fractured and disjointed.
