Good photo. Her expression is very pleasant. I'm glad you didn't neatimage her as that typically ruins a portrait and turns it into a glamour shot. The only aspect I would critize is her lack of "environment". While I do like the close up aspect I wish there was something in the background of substance to give more personality.

Hey Cindy. Lovely shot. I'm thinking that a black/dark background would have showed the lovely color of the hair off better. You go girl.

91. I'm sorry.

It's much, much, much better than that in truth. The masses here never seem to get the subtle beauty of photos like this. Truly outstanding work in my book.

Really nice, only thing is her hair gets a bit lost in the background, at least in my monitor. I like it in general very natural.

I love her direct gaze and the unpretentiousness of this portrait. Also, the background color was the perfect choice to compliment her eyes and hair.

I wish there were more contrast between her hair and the background. She's such a striking woman.

Hmmm, this one is interesting, good matching colours, a firm and straightforward gaze ... maybe, only a bit more room around the head. Nice shot, anyway.

wow. just wow. I LOVE the fact that you didn't use technology to take away her distinguishing mark - I love the soft light, love the processing, love how a photo seems to be gazing into me. When I love a photo this much it usually means bad things for placement - but this is astonishing. I feel like I know her - no - I feel like she knows me and I want to know her. (just going to lunch and chatting - nothing implied here)

By far the best in the challenge 10

Absolutely! A beautiful portrait. My only minus is thaat I find the lighter red in the upper left distracting.
