| Very nice framing of the photo, your eye follows the wheel around. Nice colors as well. Was a Polarizer Filter used? If not, it might be a useful addition. See photo "Steel" Life, which a Polarizer was obviously used. Still an 8. |

| I had to see your caption before I understood this wasn't a shot of a moving object. I like the colors, though the sky is a bit unnatural. Do you need to clean your lens? I'd say clone out the spots along the top, or is that against editing rules? |

| I would have liked if the picture showed more of the "closed" feel; it seems merely not moving, and not abandoned, as the title entails. |

| A tighter crop on the left would have made the intersecting lines of the frame much more interesting. |
