 What can I say? Titles aren't my forte. No color because the photo/effect won't work with any, but it doesn't matter. I doubt this photo will score very well.

The surf wasn't terribly rough so I blurred the photo (don't really know how to apply soft focus) to give this photo more of a stormy feel. I think it gives the photo a false illusion of mist and rain.

Very pretty scene. Looks more out of focus then soft though. Loke the choice of b&w also.

tonal range here is rather flat but the image does have a good feel to it overall...
