Hey Di, this is really cool. This should have scored higher than it did.

You've inspired me to try and do something with my cellphone! :)

The voters hammered this scorewise, but you did get some nice comments/reactions. I think people don't mind looking at something this "artsy", but don't feel it's true "photography" when it comes to voting.

A very gutsy move, and an interesting result that's fun to look at. :D

i like the fine art twist to the image, but the black and white seems to have taken away from the beauty of the image.

I like the processing. I'd like to see it in color too.

Belt, vase, cloth (hopefully white) and the most commomly used body part.
watercolor usually doesn't work for me in B&W, but this does....interesting.

Becuase of the effect- it's really hard to see the vase (I'm assume it's there since the flowers are being held up) and if I didn't know the challenge I would say that black thing on the table is a ribbon, not a belt. That being said- I do like the painting effect. I just feel like it could be a bit bright and if more of the hand were in the fram is might be a bit clearer.

I don't often see these kinds of effects being used in DPC, but I personally like it. Hopefully others will agree.
