 I'm a meat eater and these are my tools...
This is a tray from my old toaster oven with some lighting provided by 2 800 Alien Bees fixtures. Lots of curves work here too. Enjoy!

While I'm here in your portfolio, I thought I'd add a comment to this one - really caught my eye and kept my attention. I like the busy-ness of it and the processing - I like the harshness of it. Nicely done - great score and placement in the challenge as well.

Hello from the Critique Club,

As your score attests, the post processing of this image is very dramatic and well received. Using the tray from an old toaster was a brilliant idea to help set the mood. Where I think this image falls a little short is related to lighting. The shadows next to the black handles really makes the image look less three dimensional and takes away some of the effect of the post processing. Maybe a reflector or two could have lightened up the shadows a bit. This is a very well done image and a pleasure to review.

Although I'm sort of tired of this look for most photos, here it makes perfect sense. This evokes the same heavily processed look of current grisly films and their posters -- very sinister. Well done.

Reminds me of one of those surgeon's trays in an operating theatre. Rather macabre, the effective of which is enhanced by your processing. 8.

I like the picture a lot (8) - but the title doesn't seem to match the photo - I see a bread dough mixer in the image and this seems very un-meat like.
