wonderful lighting and a 10 for that plus composition, but the processing on the harp and skirt look odd and bring down my vote just a tad...maybe -1 just for personal preference. 9.

On second thought it really isn't the harp that looks strange, just the skirt.

Overly smooth but it works. The lighting on her face is really good. However, it looks like you had some issues on the harp as it looks edited and not in a stylistic way either. All in all not bad.

Were it not for the super-smoothing this would be a very good portrait. As it is it's still nice but you've lost all sense of photography through the use of a silky filter. Grain is sometimes good and adds to the atmosphere and sense of realism.
