Watching the Sun Rise

Was not sure if I would be able to find a suitable subject for this challenge, while out early noticed this couple walk to the end of the pier and decided to catch them watching the sun rise.

I like this better than the original. The orange tones create an interesting mood. That plus the crop really bring out the hiding sun. Gorgeous!

Lovely shot, Brian - very well cropped for the challenge and nice post processing. Congrats on an outstanding very non-suck score, and welcome to Team Suck!

Probably the one of the best "rule of thirds" in a landscape in the challenge. I really liked this image. I think the colors work well with the two individuals watching the sunset.

beautiful shot, great timing with the couple if they are not someone you asked to pose! imo, orange seems unnatural though - 7

Not bad but the fact that part of the sky is pink and not yellow like the rest of the scene made me vote a point lower, it just seems to upset the balance to this photo. Still gave a 6 as it´s very nice.
