| Definately a favorite with this one, as the simplicity and the wonderful light play with the depth of differant green tones, is what makes this one so special..... |

| Simple and VERY striking image - I like that it's pretty much straight from the camera, too. Nice comment from Alice, and a 7 from Larus certainly doesn't suck! :-) |

Love your work,  noraneko. You're my kind of photographer.
Okay, to work. Not there there is much work to do on this delicate, delightful image. It's a pattern shot with a little extra work by you to keep our attention on the photograph. Not too blurry, just enough to keep us centered on the frond you accentuate.
The voters appreciated your art in this tough scoring Challenge and I appreciate it too.

| Lovely image and good score too. The light, the drops of water, the graceful curves, the diagonal composition, and the symmetry all combine beautifully. |

| I thought this was just lovely - gave it a 9 - a very dramatic, broad stroke way of depicting nature's symmetries. |

| Really nice image Catherine - love the depths of the green tones in the leaves, the dew to add needed contrast, and the placement at an angle across the field of view. I think this last observation may have hurt you a little with the viewers as people wanted to see a 'symmetrical' image more than symmetrical objects. I gave it a 7 during the challenge. |

| 57th place? I gave this one of three 10s, and I still love it just as much as I did when I first viewed it. I certainly had expected to see this in the top 10 - you will have to remain content that you have produced a photograph that has pleased a great many people, is frame worthy, and can stand alone on it's own merits outside of any themed challenge. |

| Wonderful colors and patterns. Nice control of light. Personally I think it is a wonderful photo with great control of depth of field across the horizontal access. |

| Love the intensity and boldness of this photo. I think it could have made a stronger symmetrical statement if the main, center branch was all in focus - not just the upper half of the branch. Very nice effort! |
