See, I think you are greatly misunderstood in your art, and I hope you are not dismayed by the average score. I love this photo - it's brilliant.

The blur makes the subject seem of another time than that of the rest of the scene. Great shot.

it's so eerie how her identity has been obliterated. those lines seem to be running her out of existence. the strong perspective lines run into the same obliteration, like a doom toward which we are all heading. A really remarkable and bold photo. part of me says method doesn't matter but another part of me wants this to have been some in-camera effect. both parts want to know how you did it. 10

this picture makes me ask alot of questions, why are there blurry spots, why is the person blurry, what is going on? i really really like it. it is dynamic to look at and makes me think

Nice message, but as a photo I think that the technique of oof for the figure will bring your score down.

Not sure what is going on with the left side of the photo but it doesn't work with the right side. Also, some of the white lines are the road have a very bright halo effect that could be toned down.

Intriguing processng. The guy on the crosswalk is trapped in time.

I'm not resonating with the weird focus artifacts in the upper left.

i like this...very quirky...through a dirty bus window? i wish i didn't feel the urge to pay so much attention to that shiny mini-van

This has a story. I like the partial blur - almost as if he's part of a dream sequence. The lines of the crosswalk and the dashes in the road pull our eye through the shot.

I like the feel of this, but the minivan kills the mood.

Why are some areas so blurry. It really ruins the picture for me.
