Windows are a great distraction. If there's something interesting happening outside, people tend to forget you have a camera.

More of a portait than a candid. I like the composition and color, though.

My reaction to this is that it looks posed. I still like it... esp the drops on the window. 6 sjgleah

Very nice shot. Another week 8, this week 6. Does not meet the spirit of the challenge to me. But this is a very nice picture. lionel

i really like this picture. i think the duotone adds a perfect cast to an already dark and rainy day--adding even more to the mood of the picture. 9--amitchell

extremely nice shot, but just doesn't have as much of a candid feeling as others

Nice, but I would have liked more face. one of the better shoots this week.

Strikes me as being posed, but I will assume not. I like the b&w (or maybe desat.) - suits the shot. Composition and lighting are very effective. lhall-7

Handsome fella. Nice contemplative moment. I like the tonal range, though the window itself is a bit flat. Still, if I had to choose between interest in the window and interest in the person, I'll definitely take the latter. Nicely done. 7, just-married

Superb portrait, fantastic composition and lighting; in fact I can't fault the shot... But I think it's off challenge... A matter for debate I expect... (7)
