| This is an intruiging shot, I love all the opposing colours and textures. I'm trying to work out whether you went b&w on the clouds, or whether they were naturally that grey, but it doesn't really matter - the end result is excellent! |

| I'd love to visit Peggy's Cove some day.....I live in Newfoundland so I'm not that far from it! I really like the perspective here, all those big rocks shows why there is a need for the lighthouse here. Great sky too. |

A very strong entry. I like the composition alot.
Good contrast between sky and rocks and a great use of thirds with the lighthouse. Congrats on the high finish |

i like the repeating shapes of the rocks and the clouds in the sky, perhaps darkening and a bit of D&B on them may have made the image pop a bit

| Very nice composition, The rocks really draw the eye quite nicely up to the lighthouse. Great moody sky as well. |

| What really makes the shot for me is the barn red on top of the lighthouse. Your eye just zooms right to it. Lovely texture of the rocks and clouds. Funny how they almost mimic each other. ;~D Nice job. |
