Yes, it really was that grungy. And no, I didn't sit on it.

If there were a magazine about the lifestyles of patio chairs, this would be on the cover.

We had these same chairs in our courtyard. They do tend to absorb dirt! I think you've made some bold choices in the pp: the colors and the grungy look give this a slightly ominous look.

Your shot does an amazing job of making this grungy chair and the utilitarian brick wall into an amazing piece of art. The lighting is grrrrreat.

With that grunge concrete and richly textured brick wall the chair just kinda fits. I wouldn't have sat in it either!!

Cool image ... different. I think they painted it to give it that interesting effect.

One way to keep people standing. Interesting dirty chair and the 'look like old cement' ground makes for a sort of scary image. Well done.

Only it's not mine. This shot was taken at a tea garden. I couldn't make up my mind if the strange colouring was intentional or not. I think some of the other chairs looked similar so maybe it was meant to be a form of art.

Wow, everything looks grungy, and yet there's an amazing warmth from the red brick wall. Lots of interesting designs in the dirt on the chair too. I never thought I'd say I liked a shot of a dirty chair, but it's kind of appealing :)
