| Excellent shot, simple but effective. Kind of reminds me of science fiction films, warping through space at lightning speed. The colour / lighting makes the photo very clear, allowing me to search for minute details. This makes the photo even more fascinating. Well done. |

I really like the vibrant colours of this photo. It looks like you have lighted it from behind, which really exaggurates(sp?) the bright greeness of the kiwi. I presume you've cropped this, and you've done a good job. None of the pips have been cut off, which is good, but in the bottom left you can see where the kiwi stops, maybe you could crop that out without cutting a pip, but I'm not sure. Most people probably wouldnt notice this but I'm just trying to help by making suggestions.

| a very nice abstract. very nicely lit. my only gripe would be to try to get a slightly tighter crop, so you get rid of the 3 corners of the photo which clearly show the edge of the fruit. it detracts a bit from the overall feeling of the shot. i wouldn't worry too much about cutting off some of the tops of the seeds. good work. |

| Gorgeous! An explosion of Kiwi ... the color, though usually not appealing to me, is exciting here because it's all natural. Nice tonal range (almost a duotone of green and yellow), and the seeds are dynamite. This says to me "organic," from the association between sperm-competing-for-ovum and fruit-as-tree's-ovum, but also "cosmic," because of the blast of light. It all ties together. Very nice! |

| Thhis is an excellent macro and i love the backlignting to illuminate the subject. this is also compositionally nice.. the detail in the fruit looks like a sunbrust of sorts. the backlighting also highlights the detail within the fruit... good shot :) - jmsetzler |
