 I decided to enter this challenge towards the end of the week and the only day available to me to shoot was wet, dull & overcast.
I found this sign and thought that it would make an interesting shot. I waited for the rain to stop, composed the shot and then this Police car drove past adding further interest.
I don't have high hopes for the challenge, but I took the picture for this purpose and I quite like the content. Lets see!

I sympathise having dull British weather, but you've done a good job to get an interesting subject out of it. The scene is gloomily typical of our urban areas and your capture of the cop car is a nice addition of social contrast. I like this a lot. [8]

great shot. i actually like the gray sky. it goes nicely with the grafiti theme.

the yellow car is distracting, and seems out of theme with the foreground. Nice composition.
