It's always raining photographers at the Pike Place Market.
Seattle gets 32" per year. Summers are dry. Frequently it rains and is sunny in the same day hence "emerald city" designation with frequent rainbows.

Love the Public Market in Seattle, great reflections off the cobble stone street. Did you walk down and see the wall of gum by the theater entrance? Classic stuff!

With the title I think you wanted the focus to be the ground but for some reason my eyes go straight to the lights...

One of the best Pike Place Market shots I've seen. Very well done! You nailed the mood. Reflections off wet pavement really help. Colors are perfect. congratulations on a great entry!

Good night shot of the market. Makes me want to go back and visit my brother in Seattle. This would make a nice postcard or brochure image.
