I really had no idea what to enter for this challenge, so I ended up with this.

Converted to B&W, from RAW, some level adjustment, cropped, added a border and the text.

Critique Club feedback -

Interesting photo that works well in b/w. Layout of the poster is fine. What really holds this back is the lack of any clear message. What is it you are motivating people to do? Shred? Use less paper?

I'm not sure how this is meant to motivate me into stopping bureaucracy, but it is interesting. Something a bit different.

It's hard to tell for sure with a B/W photo, but red paper tape might be more effective than white paper strips to show bureaucracy. I'm not sure what this is suggesting, that we shred paper to tame it and overcome bureaucracy?

very creative approach. good shot, only the bright top right corner distracts. Typeface is not too well chosen, a straight, clear font or typewriter font would have worked better.
