Cute. I would move the "Dance" to the upper-left to help the flow of the composition.

Yep - good advice. I like the whole phrase: work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one is watching.

Great capture. Cool image. There are some distractions, but nothing too serious. I guess I like the message/image combination so much, it overrides minor technical difficulties. (9)
