 Crop - USM (yah really) - hue/sat - selective color - brightness/contrast - curves - very slight gauss blur on whole image to aid noise reduction - neat image (high iso heh) - resize - save for web - post and tank.

Some highlights in their eyes would have helped a great deal. I do not see where the intentional soft focus is in the shot. (there is a difference between intentional soft focus and accidental OOF) 4
