| This is indeed a use of the colours of the rainbow but I think it would do better in this challenge if it had a little more subject matter. |

| looks like some camera shake or blurriness. I'm not sure if cutting it off where you did at the bottom of the hat works for me. My impression is that this was not a shot you staged, but something that you had to snap when it happened. |

| Nice idea, but the quality of lighting is a little poor, you did meet the challenge though 5. |

| For me, your choice of background doesn't work well. Your image looks a bit grainy too. I do like the idea of using the hat though. Perhaps a solid black background or showing the entire hat would be more effective? |

| This clearly meets the challenge. However, the dark sections of background really don't seem to add much to the image. Also, the placemetn of the 'hat' seems to be cropped in an odd way. |

| funky picture... what the? at least it has a rainbow, but without the description, i wouldn't have known what it was... doesn't cat in the hat wear a red and white striped hat? hmm... |
