The oversaturated colors work well here. Cool detail on a very interestin building. I liek the long shutter speed effect.

Well done! I've tried capturing a good shot of this building while I visited, but this far surpasses anything I could get. Great colors & lighting. I'm glad you chose dawn/dusk for the shot.
