the title is taken from a book by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle called 'the hounds of the baskervilles' .. it was a sort'v horror story starring Sherlock Holmes ..
i used 3 different photographs i took on the firetrail and one on the lounge room table to create the background ..

i wasnt going to keep putting the workflow's in coz it doesnt look like ppl are interested and then charlie joynim said she looks .. so this is for you charlie ..
this is the workflow ..

this is the terrier of the baskervilles take 2 .. :)

this one scares me a little, but I think that was intended, if so, it works!

That Katee puts all the professional dog models to shame. Oops, maybe she IS professional by now. Fabulous tongue.

Me too, Roz!!!

Geez, you sure do make a nice, sweet little doggy into a holy terror(terrier)!

Fabulous images, all of 'em.

This looks inordinately evil... Great work! Thanks for including your steps as well. Very cool idea and skillfully rendered.

OHmygosh! Sweet little Katee looks like she's ready to devour me in this shot! Your processing has given this a very cool, ominous tone.

EXCELLENT. You really should do book covers. One of my favorites so far. The licking lips just makes it over the top for me. WAY TO GO

Great combo, Roz. Looks like some sort of stained glass in the background.

Even from the thumbnail I got the 'terrier of the baskerville' feel. Can imagine this as a book cover .... movie poster!
