 Taken in the flooded winter rice fields that the birds love to graze in. I played photo tag with this guy for several days. Every morning he'd be in the same spot, and fly away when I came to photograph him. Finally he let me get close enough to get this shot.

Amazing light and detail on the wings, the swan is the main focus and is clearly the brightest area which is good... apart from the border of course which is a little wide and might have been better in black

Interesting shot and nice reflection. It transitions so well between the top and the bottom that it's hard to tell where the middle is.

The rice plants are too distracting for my tastes. And the blurring of the wings doesn't help, IMO.
