| A beautiful shot and perhaps one of the most unusual of the challenge. My husband works for a plant that has towers of steam that rise up like this, and I'm always thinking how I'd like to photograph them. Great to turn industry into something beautiful. Love the color scheme and the composition. Just can't find anything wrong with this! 10 |

| So tiny on the earth. Wonderful photo. The perspective makes it seem to be so insignificant, yet that could be any manner of toxic junk that's pouring out into the environment. The blue tone and black earth behind the plant adds to the feeling of doom I get from the picture. |

| Wow! This is incredible! That thin dark line of mountain ridge really makes the image pop out though each element is perfect - the composition, the depth of colour in the cloud, the lighting within the steam columns and the position and size of the plant. Absolutely beautiful. |

Reminds me of the oil refinery close to me.
Good backlighting effect on the clouds of steam and the moody backdrop adds another dimension to the shot.
