I like this shot, I just wish there was more of it. You have good detail present, and the water is exposed well to get a "softness" to it. However, because of your tight crop, it is difficult to get the "feel" of the motion of the water. I think with a bit more at the top and/or left it would help convey that more.

The focus is good and exposure is pretty close because there is detail showing throughout the dark areas as well as the lighter ones. The blue color, while it does add to the overall "temperature" of the shot, still seems to be "off" in terms of white balance. The eye expects the ice to be white, so the blue seems a bit disconcerting. If you could keep some of the blue in the water, but make the ice a truer white, I think it would have had a slightly stronger impact.

If I need to further explain myself, or clarify anything, please feel free to contact me.

I like the simplicity of the photo. How you really focus on the bits of ice, and the water is all a blur. You really did emphasize the blue in the picture due to the theme.

I like the movement of the water mixed with the solitary pieces. Might have preferred a less blue tone and a more natural white balance, perhaps even a B&W conversion. Still the intent of the photo is a good one and a joy to look at.

A neat idea, but the view leaves me cold. (yeah, bad ice puns) I think a closer and lower perspective on this ice formation may have had some more impact. This does not really show the shape and how it is worn out from underneath by he flowing water.

I like how the image is so blue, it makes the image feels really cold.
