Typical canopy shot. This was during a snow storm with low flying clouds. I included the misshapen branch to give the frame some interest and to give it some of my personal style.

Added a slight hue shift in the B&W.
Not expecting to much. Personally I like the photo.

I thought this was just lovely - the toning especially is a nice touch. And I like the perspective that wide angle affords - you really get a sense of the immense height of these trees.

Uh, oh, you scored above a 6 and are in the top 75 in a FS. Hope you are feeling ok :P

I think mist/fog/clouds and trees are such a beautiful and mystical combo. I like the perspective as I get a feeling of really having to tilt my head back to look up. I agree about the crooked branch adding some interest, because it breaks away from the stick-straight patterns of all the other trees. Great shot.
