 This was taken from an old barn in Corrine, Utah. It doesn't show in this photograph, but the door was actually way out of horizontal compared to the rest of the building.

I just love the texture of old wood!

Processing (Photoshop): Autocolor, then added dark to the reds so they wouldn't be so flaming. Added a gaussian blur of about 70 pixels (!), then faded it and multiplied it in the Edit menu. Added another gaussian blur of about 10 pixels, then faded that to about 30%. This gaussian blur and multiplying brought out the rich tones and colors that I like so much. Did an unsharp mask and added a border. I don't know how it will do, but I'm very pleased with it.

Nice composition, excellent focus. Could, maybe, use something for contrast and to give it that "WOW" factor. Nevertheless, a good take on the Challenge. 7
