If Alexis eats the competition does that mean I win?

Congrats to the winners! I voted most of them a 10. here is an outtake from the challenge. Alexis is such a good dog, she wouldn't move from the spot but really wanted to sniff the reflecter to the right of her.

Thanks everyone for their votes.

She's stunning :D Nice job in not losing her in the background and still not blowing the light bits. NOT easy!

8 - Excellent clarity around the head, nice classic pose and the backdrop complements the coat well. Mainly the oof paws for me, but difficult to retain the focal areas, including softness in the oof areas and get those in too, I imagine.

The top light is a little harsh but I really like the way it shows the shape and texture of the fur

Gorgeous dog here. The DOF is a bit narrow, as I would have liked to see the front feet a bit more in focus too. But, it is still one of the better entries in the challenge.

He(?) looks regal, and like he's tolerating this but would rather be doing something else. And he looks very intelligent. Nice, classic pose and good job on the lighting. That bright spot on his back paw and the black blotches on his rump draw my eye a bit more than I'd like them too, but those eyes always pull me back.

Nice rottie portrait. The lighting is good. I think I would have stuck with a head shot as the blurred feet are a bit distracting, due to the DOF, but that's just my taste. ;~)
