 From RAW in ACR, open in CS3, Shadow/Highlight to bring the highlights (sky) down and amp midtone contrast, a hint of desaturation of blue/cyan with hue/saturation adjustment layer, crop slightly, resize, sharpen, border, save for web

I have always liked the way you manage to see things in a way that is totally different then I would have. I did not enter this challenge, but I am sure if I had, I would have been looking for some natural tilt, and it would not have been nearly as effective as this is. Nicely seen.
