What an interesting and unique photo. Really well done.
I am not sure how much fence there is, so I don't know how well it will do...but it certainly is a fine photo.

The strange coloration and weird lighting don't do anything for me. The fence is not visible to me at all, and I guess you mean that iron railing or whatever, but it certainly isn't the focal point of the image. DNMC in my book. Sorry.
