an amazing design in nature .. the clouds and the way the fence circles around like that .. the rain ... totally wonderful nick ..
your black and white process is, as always, PERFECT .. :)
as judy and sandy says .. it shoulda done better .. oh well, we all know the voters have some weird ideas .. lol ..
i'm doin' fine by the way .. will write soon .. or even talk .. !!..:)
we're doing stuff around the house .. YAY .. that's me being sarcastic ..
i've gotta get off this computer now coz greg's gonna make some shelves for my computer desk .. YAY .. and i'm not being sarcastic now .. !!..:)

Ohmygoodness. This is fanTASTIC! Black and white takes this to a new level of fabulous!

| Nice dramatic scene - overall maybe a little dark. I like the wide distortion - it almost gives the impression of zoom blur. Love the falling spray. It looks like localised rain. |

| the effect of the rain, clouds and rain in the photo is really great; the variety of grays look awesome too; however I think the railing is distracting in the overall composition of the photo |

Remarks: The somber tonalities are discernibly retained and this de- and refines the whites, the precipitation as well as the wash. The frail, bent railing stemming vs. onslaught of elements appears as surreal as a ladder on flat ground. The proportions, in this images, are well assigned by the camera angle. Given the violence of wave and weather, it's reassuring to find the weight where it belongs, at the bottom, while having enough head-room. :) |
