Yours was a clever entry. I tend to think of silhouettes on that bridge, especially of cyclists. But the muted colours and blur in your composition work very well.

My eyes aren't really drawn to the bicycle in this photo. It's a cool shot, but maybe too slow of a shutter speed to pull off the full effect I think.
