 I thought of several good 'set-up shots", but my wife made me find some existing garbage rather than to create some just for this challenge!

Yup, definately garbage. Your angle is good. i like how you have shown the title. Looks almost like an ad. Focus and clarity are excelent. I like the surrounding, not too busy, but not boring either. the green plant adds some nice extra color, and there are some pretty nice patterns in the background. Nice shot. I love wide angles and closeups. Nice composition and framing. Unfortunatly, there seems to be missing the little something that would make this photo interesting. I can't give it more than a 5. Nice visual quality though.

This is a rubbish shot - but then, it's supposed to be :o) I love a bud - although, perhaps you don't judging by the title... Fantastic composition, great lighting; in fact, I can't fault it. I really like it, it captures the challenge... (10) Great photography...
