I checked out the original; you've captured the essence of the woman. It does look good in color. I think it could be improved by cropping out most of the left, the interruption of the green background detracts from the image.

The processing of the foreground is great but it contrasts with the buildings in a way that makes the background seem "sub-standard" in comparison :(
