Went to Cesar Chavez Park at the Berkeley Marina to watch the people flying their kites. This guy eventually swung into a good position "over" the Golden Gate Bridge bridge.

Perhaps if the tree wasn't in the way, I could buy the title. The second kite detracts as well. I wonder if this reflects use of proportion or is really a use of perspective. Cute idea--worth another try.
