Conventional shot. Processed from color to b&w. The b&w captured the mood better than the color I thought. Cropped, curves and usm.

This I like as well. Thought provoking.

Yes, something "iconic" about this: combo of cigarette, boots and sepia, I guess. French Quarter, eh? Could easily be NYC as well!

I like anonymous shots like this - anybody, anywhere. Gives a nice universal feeling to it.

Looks good, seems a tad out of focus, a little blurry. However, I love the lines the legs create and the overall mood of the image.

I like how you've built a mysterious feelling with this picture, and the sephia conversion works nicely with it.

Great capture and composition. We can make up our own story to go with this one.

Works well in the sepia tones.

Good strong composition. Lines playing against the textures of the dappled light. Yes, we see the hand with the cigarette first, clearly outlined against his dark jeans, so casual, and then we see he is just a moment in a passageway. Sepia/BW conversion makes the most of these elements.

This looks more sepia on my monitor than b&w and I like it .... like the mood too.. just minding his business, having a smoke ... nothing much to look at but the trees and that's ok - that's the kind of vibe it gives off to me.. I like the dappled shadows on the walk.
