 Program used Photo Impact, crpo, saturation, border, resize
I usually use Adobe Photoshop CS2 but I am away from home using my daughter's computer and program. I had to make the resize a little smaller than I would to get it to 150 kb.
The photo is of my grandson running in the rain.
