I like this shot very much. The subject is quite attractive, and the lighting complements his face ... BUT. .. in my opinion, the angle of his arm sticking out makes the line of his shoulder look weird. Also, I would have liked to see the rest of his chin. Still in all, a fine photo of a handsome young man.

I like the face, but I'm not too keen about the arm (?).

excellent photo... the arm and shoulder being visible here gives some nice balance to this one... good work :) - setzler

Very nice portrait, however I find the dots on his back pretty distracting. Nice use of the light. 7

I really like this shot. Something about the pose is distracting, though.

Wonderful use of the single ilumination source technique. I'm not sure it had to be B&W, but it depends on the color of light you used, and it's intensity required to provide enough color. Good composition and cropping.

NIce photo but I'm confused by the title. He looks pensive, not effulgent. And the light isn't that radiant, so what do you mean? Nice portrait though, and use of 1-source light. 8

like the touch of beard. Adds to. His expression is very good. Like the centering so as to have the whole head in the picture. Very good B & W.

Very handsome. I wish that more of his face was showing. Just looks like his missing half of his face.

Maybe I'd like it better without the arm. I really like the face!

Great title, but I do not judge the title. I do like the lighting and the pose.

I would have moved the light over just a little more to the right to get more of the other side of his face. ...or could have cropped the photo closer. The total blackout is kind of bothersome to me. Otherwise, it is a nice clear shot and well set up....7
