Shot through a wet windshield (a blur boost) at my wife cavorting in the rain. Rotate, crop, levels, curves, photofilter, more curves, resize. No sharpen.

==================

Actually, skewsme owes *me* not the other way around. She always looks beautiful in my photos and I always look like a fool in her photos (and my own, for some reason).

The complementary titles were a beautiful coincidence. Thank you for pointing it out.

And thank you for the faves. This is not the first time timfy has faved me during a challenge. I'm thrilled.

Oh this is good. So so stripped down, and all the weight at the bottom with that almost Chinese red sinking into brown melting into moss green seen on a dark day; but skewsme about to ascend with her umbrella, third trunk of the tree lifting to the light. Succinct, just as you are with words.

I don't know why this shot scored just a 5.0054.

It is just awesome, well thought, and beautifully executed!

I think this one deserves a Posthumous ribbon. I know who he is and I'll talk to him for you.

This has such a beautiful poignancy to it. Did you plan on having a complementary title with Colleen's shot?

I didn't vote this challenge, but when I first saw this, I thought perhaps it was skewsme's as it reminds me a bit of her shot from France. Who knew that Tranquility had a French feel to it when viewed through a wet windshield? I do hope she was rewarded with very good chocolate for all that cavorting and such. This is really quite nice, by the way.

Once again, you live up to the standards you have set of doing things a little different from everyone else. Well played, Don.

I'm not sure if this is motion blur, camera shake, or just some sort of induced effect. Kind of neat looking, but needs some more kick to score highly.
