Wow. Thanks everyone for the comments and votes. I never in a million years thought that this photo would get a 6. I actually didn't use a tripod. The moon was really bright that night. My settings were f22, ISO 100, and 1/125 sec. It was actually a full moon the submission night but it was too cloudy to see it. Bummer. Anyway, this is a PB for me and i'm really happy it did so well. :)

I love this. Hard to do without an astronomical tripod for the moon's movement. If you have done it without, I tip my hat to you. It's a 10 from me.

Lovely shot. (Just to be a smartypants, an actual blue moon is a second full moon in a month, so technically, yours isn't.) However I love your photo. 9

Nice shot, simple. I like the positioning of the moon in the frame. Don't care much for the white frame around the pic.
