A stumper, so meets the challenge. I like the subtle 3D feeling with the reds and darks seeming to come forward and the yellows and whites receeding. Your focus and DOF enhance this. I'm not resonating with the subject that much, however.

Nice and bright. Very abstract, no idea what it is. Bread maybe with the colours altered? Maybe some sort of plant life (leaf, flower).
