This is a fine photo, well captured and presented ... but diminished for me by the slanted lines. Maybe it was on a hill. Maybe it was on purpose. But I'd like it better straightened.

I really like the swoop of the branch over the top of the bench, and the fact that it's a natural suburban setting with actual houses visible! The sheen of ice is apparent and the bright winter white of the sky seems quite appropriate. My nit is I'm not sure why it would be slanted - it doesn't seem to add in this instance.

Looks like a pretty place to sit, but I wouldn't want to see so much of the houses past the pond. A shallower DOF would bring more emphasis to the bench, tree and water, which would work better IMO. Also the horizon looks slightly tilted; if that's not intentional you might want to do a slight rotation to straighten the image.
