Hefði viljað sjá fókusinn á nærsvæðinu og svo fade-a út.

Excellent image - well exposed, clear and relevant to the project! I don't get so much verbal poetry out of this, but I do appreciate it for the image - the shadows, quality of light, composition, but most of all, the depth of field is just right.

Beautiful picture. Even if it is a common subject for this challenge it's one of the best. I would have cropped a little off the bottom, the first (out of focus / closest) ring draws too much of my attention.

I love the perspective on this shot, and the border is a great compliment to the image. I wish I'd been able to get lighting this good in my entry! Very well done.

I like it. Might consider cropping a shave off the bottom.

Great DOF! Great lighting, extremely crisp shot.. i'm not too fond of borders though but i won't deduct points for that :) 10

I like the colors and the frame but the shallow depth of field is nearly fatal to this image

A little too jumbled for my taste. I would also have liked the focus on the first chain rather than in the middle. The first chain is spotlit.

A 4.

Love the pattern created by these chains! But, with the foreground blur, I feel like I'm looking at it through bi-focals. Otherwise, nice.

Too much f this photo is OOF or dull rust...cropping to the striking chan lines would be better I think

This is the only 10 I gave in this challenge, simply because its quality stands out from the rest. The chains just jumps right out me. The composition, coming from top right to bottom left is just perfect. The central focus is great, it just pulls me into the photo. The detail and color is great too. It'll be going into my favs, I would be very dissapointed if this didn't get a ribbon!

Excellent work, good luck...

Great Rust! Composition is very nice. You choice if where to put the in-focus area is questionable. That large link in the very fron being soft pretty much ruins a great attempt.
