 This is what happens when your plans to shoot don't happen so you go edit an old picture for the B&W side challenge and think how nice it looked in color and then wonder what it would look like with a bit of this. And that. And some of this other stuff. And Fractalius.

I swore off that filter earlier today...

Good lord. I've seen examples of fractalius on their site and not been too impressed, mainly because they seem way overdone, but I'm liking this light touch of the filter. Very nice.
