I was a little disappointed though by the dominant blue color, so I authorized myself to play a little with your pic!

Oh, my! I think Heavenly Father knew you needed just the right weather, and here it is!
I have seen professionally taken shots from explorers which were not as good as this - what wonderful scenery! I am a bit surprised that you got such a shot on an ixus - I must revise my opinions!
Very lovely shot - you must have laboured hard to get to this point, but it was well worth it.
I would love to see others from the days photos, if there is any chance!

Absolutely stunning. It doesn't even look real. The mountains look so smooth and yet so jagged. The lighting is perfect. Amazing, amazing shot. And I really get the silent feel too. Great work, I am impressed!

4 - Awesome scene - don't get why you didn't tweak it to let it pack more punch and refine the crop too.. The lighting/shadows over the mountains is nice. edit to add: I may have been a fraction harsh with my vote on this for this Challenge - nevertheless, Congratulations.

| Gorgeous scene. Very wonderful light. I think this is a good representation of silence. There is nothing more silent than the high country wilderness. (When the wind is not blowing.) My fav in this challenge. Hope it ribbons! 10 |
