Location: Backed into the corner of the home office.
Date: Feb 8, 2009
Aperture: 6.3
ISO: 200
Shutter: 1/60
Galleries: Portraiture, Animals
Date Uploaded: Feb 9, 2009

 2 SB-800's with defusers. One camera mounted, pointed at the wall just out the left of the frame. The other, tripod mounted to the right of the frame pointed between her head and the backdrop which was about 18" to the rear of her head.

I tried this a couple of different ways but chose this one because I like the harsh light and shadows, as I feel that it reinforces her "tough" look.

ah, my favourite so far... He's so respectable... looks so dangerous, but still you can see kindness in his eyes.

I think this is a great use of lighting technique but i don't think the blank stare is doing anything for me.

Maybe a different lighter background would have worked better. I like the lighting from the right side. I like his intense stare.
