Well finally I get to play with Photoshop, and I'm having so much fun....
These are Judi's horses, 'Goldie & Anna'.

Many thanks to all the inspiring artists on this site, and to Melethia for her 'Acid' in Basic tutorial.....I don't think I marked it as helpful. LOL! ...but it was.

These are the images that I used, the diptych is too small to do them justice.

* I took Roz's advice...hope that's an improvement.

anyhooooooo .. to cut a long story short and not go on and on about how i actually came to this realisation ..
i was completely wrong when i put my second comment on this image ... the one where i said i was wrong in my first comment . !!!
when you upload something larger than 800pxls longest size it does upload at the size you upload it as, but to see it at that size you have to view the full-sized image .. i did know that when i wrote my second comment, but often when i've viewed the full-sized image it hasnt looked that much bigger than the 'original' one ..
anyway i'm too tired to try and explain why something i did know turned into something i didnt .. i dont fully understand it myself .. hope your visit to the dentist was everything you wished for .. lol .. !!..:)

ps .. i did view this full sized .. BRILLIANT ..
it took up the full window .. !! .. lengthwise that is .. :)

Hahaha! I kinda realized that today....I always wondered how they got the 'view at full size' thingy happening, now I know...Yeah! I'm full of the technical terms....

...and, as for the dentist....he can't wait to see me again....and again....and again! I could see the dollar gleam in his eye...I wish he was better looking, and less honest...but the pain's gone away! LOLOL!!

....any person that comes back to visit one of my images, more than once, is nothing short of brilliant, particularly in their appreciation of artistic talent.....ROFLMAO!!! ...and yeah, I uploaded at approx 2000 pixels longways, and guess what, it uploaded at 800 pixels... well at least that saves both of us from having to look up the logistics on that one....hehehehe!

a day later .. still love it .. !!!
but came back to correct something i said in my previous comment on this image ...
i uploaded one of my images again and it seemed smaller .. it was because of the border i'd added, which is sort'v beside the point .. but because if it looking smaller i checked the properties .. 800pxls .. i'd uploaded it at 1000pxls ..
it appears that i was totally wrong in my previous comment .. 800 pxls is it .. i had a look at a few of my other images that i'd uploaded at 1000 .. they're all 800 . .. :)

Really, really cool diptych. Photoshop is cool fun isn't it? I'm not sure how they could be bigger, they take up the full width of space available to them on my screen.

you've created quite the artistic and excellent image here .!!!.
love a lot the way you've combined bits and pieces to make a brilliant composite .. each panel totally fantastic alone, but combined WOW .. !!!..;)
would be a real treat to see bigger .. full-size isnt that much bigger ..
i've uploaded 1500 pxls width (longest side) in dpc - saved for web at 200kb .. i cant remember wot the limit is . i've been meaning to check for ages .. still havent got around to it .!!. :)

I'd like to see them bigger... I don't think the size does them any justice.

Oh this is terrific. Shame we can't have it HUGE on the screen.
