 I shot this using 2 off camera flash heads about 15 feet away from my subjects.

Sb900 with a Gary Fong Light sphere (thanks to Quigley for introducing me to this little gem) set up on a tripod

sb 600 was my kick light set up low shooting up at the jumping girls

I am such a Strobist!!! :>D

Hey Cole, I thought you put the trampoline away for the winter?? It's a good thing that your daughters are both dancers or jumping that high would be difficult :) I hope you do well with this shot.
